Terry and I have been involved in Hospitality Management in various locations, from Coastal cities to rural and remote locations over the past 20years, employed long term and in relief help. These have been in various establishments – Hotel/Motel/Caravan Park and Service station, all being with hands on approach eg (Reef Gateway Hotel/Motel Qld.-Tammin Hotel WA – Springsure Caravan Park/Roadhouse)We are experienced in all aspects of managing Hotels, Restaurant, Bar ,Bottleshop, Gaming with Max gaming and Odyssey, Cleaning, Maintenance, Functions, and Retail.

We hold currant RMLV, RSA, RSG, licences and Rob holds Gaming Nominee Licence. Rob has also held positions in registered Bowls clubs and his own business of Renovations and Landscaping, achieving high grade work with self achievement. Terry has extensive Retail experience with 5 years at Innisfail Retravision including RMS Retail and back office.

We are fit and healthy with a good sense of humour, honest and with good work ethics. We pride ourselves on our ability to run the establishment to the requirements of the owners with our communication skills and with the locals and visitors alike. We are quick to adapt to any situation given to us.

We are willing to travel to most locations required with notice for short or long term.
