Having owned and operated our own Boutique B&B for 9 years, prior to that, 14 years of sales and marketing with the last 10 years at management level, we have developed the skills needed to "Keep the ship running on an even keel".  Over that period we have become proficient in the the following:

• Building a loyal client base that come to rely on our high standards.

• All aspects of Reception, Reservations, and Staff Management and Rosters.

• Telephone, e-mail and people handling skills.

• Outsourcing and Supply.

• Food & Beverage - Hands on every aspect including meal planning & preparation of meals and table service for groups of up to 36 people in one sitting. Meals include, Fully Cooked Breakfasts, Lunches, Smorgasbords and 2-3 course Evening Meals.

• Catering to special group functions eg., birthdays, anniversaries and theme events.

• Developing advertising and promotional media via MS Word, Excel & Publisher.

• Front Office Software: Accom One, Hirum, Motelier, Rez Book & Guest All. (Reservations, Check-ins, Check-outs, Daily Reports).

• Developing, published & maintained web site and managing target e-mail list. (We built this web site that you're looking at).

• EFTPOS electronic banking & Internet banking, Book keeping - M.Y.O.B Accounting Plus & Quick Books.

• Certificate held for RSA. Responsible Service of Alcohol.

• Development and implementation of a marketing plan aimed at both domestic and international markets.

• All housekeeping and grounds maintenance.

• Aussie Host Gold Accredited-1998.
